Real Property Management Last Frontier

Building a Relationship with Realtors

For many realtors, a property sitting vacant is source of stress. Their client is impatient to sell the property, the property starts to get a vacant feeling, and they’re not making a profit.

For many property managers, a vacant property is a lost opportunity. That property could be earning money for someone and providing a roof for someone else.

When you take a quick look at both of these perspectives they appear to be a perfect team. But for many realtors, this has proven to be an impossible relationship. Too often, this partnership has turned into a doomed game of tug-of-war with the property in the middle.  As property managers, we’ve spoken to a lot of realtors and we’ve heard a lot of stories with unhappy endings. We heard stories of properties being sold out from under listing agents, we heard about horrible messes and damage to properties, and we heard about crazy charges and fees just to get back a property that was originally with them.

In all of this we saw an opportunity. We saw a chance to step in with integrity and to offer a mutually beneficial partnership to our colleagues.

If you are a realtor with a vacant property, Real Property Management – Last Frontier wants to work with you.

We want to property managers and realtors to have a positive relationship with each other in our community. If we work together then everyone, including the property owners, will profit from the experience. We believe that integrity, honesty, and transparency is the key to making this partnership work and we are proud to move forward with this opportunity.
