Current Tenants – How to pay rent

There are several ways you can pay rent.

  1. Online through e-check, debit card, or credit card.  If you have not been sent the information to set up online payment, email [email protected]
  2. Mail it to: 200 W 34th PMB 1100 Anchorage AK 99503.  Payments must be received by the late by date in your lease.  Postmarked dates do not count.
  3. At the UPS store next to our office Monday through Saturday 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM to box 1100.  See mailing address above.
  4. In person at our office Monday through Thursday 9:00 AM-5:00 PM Friday 10:30AM to 5:00PM.  If we are closed for holidays or training, you can still drop it off at the UPS store.  See #3 above.
