All real estate requires some kind of maintenance at some point. It could be something as simple as replacing light bulbs to something more drastic like a plumbing replacement. If neglected, issues can get worse and return on investment could decrease significantly. You want your maintenance and repairs to be handled in a cost effective, timely manner. This is another area for a good property manager to take care of, as they have the connections to get you the work you need at a decent price.
