With her years of experience as a real estate investor and property manager, the topic of How to Manage the Manger was more than fitting for Kassandra’s level of expertise. Beginning her real estate investment career at the age of 18 and owning properties in several different states gives Kassandra some serious first hand knowledge in real estate investing.
With over 3,500 downloads so far, the podcast covers several topics, all relating to property management. Why do most people shy away from property management and what are the benefits? Keith and Kassandra discuss everything from repairs, to tenants, to pets, to property inspections and everything in between.
