We have a lot of things to be grateful for, at RPM Last Frontier. Looking back on 2014, it’s a blessing to say that we have a healthy economy. Our country is leaving the financial crisis behind with:
• A six-year low in unemployment;
• An expanding economy;
• A stock market at an all-time high; and
• Job gains of 2.3 million in 2014 (to name a few).
Not only that, but Anchorage has a “hot” home market with home prices continuing to rise and high demand for housing that inspires and feeds construction and renovation. Yes, we know that things aren’t perfect, but why not take a minute to celebrate what we have?
Historically, our fair city boasts a strong local economy and we’ve been lucky to see steady growth in recent years. That’s a testament to who we are as Alaskans and our commitment to community, as well as our resilience. We know that we wouldn’t thrive as a business, through the ups and downs of the real estate market and the larger economy, if it weren’t for our clients and local business partners. So, we’d like to thank you for being part of our community. We appreciate your business and support.
We look forward to serving property owners, new and old, in 2015 and helping our community to protect and make the most of their investments, with our knowledge of the local market, our skills in property maintenance and management and our commitment to the local economy.
