How do I turn in a work order?

Maintenance requests, per Alaska State Law, must be in writing.  The easiest way to turn in a work order is to do so online through your tenant portal.  You can also drop off written request at the office.  You can call in a work order as well however, in the spring and summer especially, we are inundated with phone calls and voice mails, so know that it may take some time to get back to you.
